Under The Mango Tree is a romance novel. This is a story about Diya Nair and Aditya. Diya has forced by her family to marry a very elder one, Rajagopal. 


In this novel the author has potrayed family, relationships, life, love and loss, suffering and the misery a woman faces in her married life. This situation of this novel gives a realistic touch to u while reading. It will make one to emotionally outburst for Diya. 


This novel is full of twists and turns. Every page turner will make you think only one thing, What a cruel man Rajagopal is. It makes you feel Diya’s adjustment and sacrifice of her dream as your own.


I hate male domination , which has been used in this novel. Male over handedness drives Diya to throne full world. I have trapped into the emotional situation and it was hard for me to put it down until I finished it. At the the end, Diya reunites with her long lost love Aditya. This twist gives good motion to the reading.


The tragedy life of Diya beautifully turned with a happy ending. I loved the character Diya, because of her bravery and courage.


The language is very easy to understand. I loved the concept of a mango tree. This is a realistic tragedy novel.
